- Get your charcoal started ahead of time. This will take the full 30 min to light so you’ll want to make sure you account for this.

- Cut legs and face off of prawns
- Cut prawns down the middles starting at the base of the head with shears.
- Deveine Shrimp
- Get NOMAD Carbon Steel Griddle up to a medium heat and melt down the butter.
- Add minced garlic and cook for 2 min then add cajun seasoning
- Add prawns and cook about 2-3 min a side
- Squeeze half a lemon over shrimp
- Plate and top off with parsley
