Steps

  1. Get your charcoal started ahead of time. This will take the full 30 min to light so you’ll want to make sure you account for this.

  1. Season your chicken breasts with your favorite poultry seasoning. We used Feges BBQ poultry seasoning. 
  2. For timing purposes, start cooking your bacon when the chicken reaches a 145 internal temp. Once the chicken is fully cooked at 165 internal temp, the bacon should be cooked as well. 
  3. In a bowl prepare a sprout slaw. (Broccoli sprouts, shallots, lemon juice, pickled peppers, and pickling vinegar from the jar.)
  4. Toast your bread on the grill and stack the ingredients.
